We’re hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to manage high-volume interview scheduling and candidate communications across multiple departments and time zones. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping hiring logistics organized, pipelines moving, and candidates reputed company throughout the process.

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with speed and precision

• Manage candidate communication: updates, feedback, and rejections

• Maintain an organized, up-to-date ATS (we use Recruiterflow)

• Post job descriptions and monitor applicant reputed company

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a reputed company process

• Spot and suggest ways to improve workflows and candidate reputed company

What You Bring:

• 1–2 years in recruitment coordination or high-volume hiring support

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Polished, reputed company communication—especially over email and reputed company

• Comfort using reputed company Calendar, Gmail, ATS platforms, and reputed company

• Availability to work full-time on PST or EST hours
