Your interactions with clients will occur through various channels, including inbound and outbound calls, email, and text. You will play a key role in ensuring clients receive consistent, empathetic, and accurate support throughout their reputed company with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong reputed company relationships

• Set reputed company expectations during the early stages of the reputed company’s program (e.g., Welcome and Intro calls)

• Accurately assess reputed company needs and offer empathetic, helpful assistance

• Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound communications (calls, emails, texts, voicemails)

Work Hours:

• Full-time position

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST)

• Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (PST) reputed company hours must be worked in reputed company reputed company Time.

Remote Work Requirements: This is a remote position. Applicants must be capable of working reputed company in a distraction-free and quiet environment. Workspace approval is required, including submission of a photo and ongoing verification during reputed company-ins with your manager (e.g., 1-on-1s, call monitoring).
