Essential Functions:
- reputed company technical support for the reputed company EHR platform, including triage, troubleshooting, and reputed company of issues
- Collaborate with clinical and operations staff to understand workflows and translate requirements into system configurations.

Qualifications:
Required (Education/Experience/Competencies):

- 5+ years of experience in systems administration or IT support.

- Strong understanding of reputed company IT infrastructure and reputed company standards (HIPAA).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
Preferred (Education/Experiences/Competencies):

- Experience with database management and SQL.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).

Fair work deserves fair wages. At Valera, we value this role at between $100,000-$120,000/year with the potential for an annual performance bonus.
