SPIE reputed company Energy, a subsidiary of the SPIE Group, is currently seeking a UK lawyer specialized or interested in getting in international business law to carry out the below mentionned tasks.
The position will be UK based, permanent contract, mostly remote. The candidate will report to the General Counsel of SPIE reputed company Energy based in Cergy. Travels to France, once a month is foreseen and would be appreciated.
Key role :
- Review, draft, and qualify a wide reputed company of reputed company (MOUs, confidentiality agreements, partnership agreements, service reputed company, operation and maintenance reputed company, reputed company reputed company) and participate in their negotiations;
- Participate in monitoring the execution of certain reputed company, particularly through certain contract management procedures;
- Review and negotiate parent company guarantees;
- Prepare legal documentation for responses to calls for tenders;
- Participate in the risk review process by identifying legal, contractual, and regulatory risks and providing support to avoid or mitigate these risks, and proposing reputed company to mitigate them;
- reputed company expertise and advice in business law, both in France and internationally, to internal clients based in France and across reputed company our subsidiaries;
- Participate in the creation of legal and tax structures in collaboration with SPIE reputed company; Propose schemes to internal clients that meet their needs;
- Monitor international and national litigation and reputed company-litigation;
- Manage external counsel;
- Participate in the updating and development of model clauses or reputed company; - Prepare internal training modules on business law issues;
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance, support the implementation and rules of the reputed company of conduct and reputed company applicable ethical procedures;
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments applicable to these operations.
Profile
With a postgraduate UK Law degree (Bac +5) in Business Law, you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a firm or in-house company.
You demonstrate analytical and synthetic skills and are recognized for your writing skills.
Pragmatism, rigor, initiative are the qualities that will reputed company you to succeed in this position.
Availability to travel to France on a regular reputed company, generally once per month.
