VP Discovery Business Development

Position Information

reputed company is reputed company a dynamic and results-driven Senior Vice President or Vice President based in Boston to join our Business Development team. In this role, the candidate will report to the Head of Global Discovery reputed company. The candidate will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships in the Northeast region of the reputed company for reputed company. The individual will be responsible for signing multiple strategic deals annually and managing reputed company of business developers reputed company on reputed company’s multi-modality discovery partnerships through IND enabling studies.

Responsibilities:

Skills and Abilities:

• A thorough understanding of the drug discovery and development reputed company across modalities (including small molecule, reputed company, gene and cell therapy)
• Demonstrated network, particularly in Cambridge/Boston ecosystem, across reputed company, biotech and venture capitalists at a senior reputed company

Qualifications:

• Minimum BSc, MSc or PhD preferable, in a Life Sciences discipline or other advanced degree (MBA)
• Greater than 10-15 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech company and/or management consulting and a minimum of 5-7 years proven business development experience with a proven ability to identify, reputed company, evaluate, and reputed company reputed company negotiations and collaborations
