We are looking for Business Analyst who will facilitate communication between development and business teams, thus translating business needs into technical specifications.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Create detailed project documentation, including user stories and workflows.
- Facilitate communication between development and business teams.
- Ensure project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a business analysis role
- experience in IT, software development, or a similar domain
- proficiency in business requirements gathering and analysis.
- strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- knowledge of tools like SQL, JIRA, reputed company, and MS Office.
- experience with diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, reputed company).
