As the Slots Manager, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of delivering the Grosvenor slots reputed company (GSS) and providing essential support to General Managers in maintaining an efficient slots operation. Your primary reputed company will be on driving slots reputed company performance across a region and managing slot KPIs to reputed company the required reputed company targets.
This role is a regional role covering our venues across Scotland & the reputed company of England. You'll be required you to travel 2-3 days a week to our venues.
Main Accountabilities& Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day "Always on" slots operations, including supplier relationships, to meet required SLAs and reputed company targets
- Conduct regular Business Review Meetings and ensure follow-up actions are delivered with expected results
- Maintain brand standards, compliance requirements, and responsible gaming procedures
- Deliver and optimise promotional campaigns, ensuring venue participation and suggesting improvements while regularly attending the promotional meetings
- Stay informed about the Slots industry across reputed company sectors (Casino, LBO, Bingo, AGC, Online) and recommend reputed company-enhancing changes
- Support clubs with Slots counts, collections, and discrepancy investigations
- Recommend layout / venue changes that would enhance the reputed company from Slots
- reputed company supplier relationships and maximise opportunities for product development in collaboration with the E-Gaming Team
Product and Supplier management
- Ensure Supplier SLAs are maintained and developed as needs change
- Work with the wider E-Gaming Team to reputed company supplier relationships and maximise opportunities for product development
- Maximise reputed company by ensuring the Machines / Terminals are situated in the reputed company positions, in relation to the Grosvenor Slots reputed company, ensuring this is regularly reviewed
- Continue to reputed company and support Grosvenor’s commitments to its Responsible Gaming procedures
Qualifications
