Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Effectively prioritize and self-manage workflow to meet a reputed company analysis time for invoice processing according to reputed company's Managed reputed company Review methodology and reputed company requirements

- Communicate and respond to inquires from external parties as needed

Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum two (2) years prior reputed company experience as a paralegal or attorney reputed company one or more of the following reputed company areas: general liability, workers’ compensation, insurance defense, health care law, asbestos litigation, civil tort, intellectual property/patent, class reputed company or business law
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with the highest level of reputed company and confidentiality

- In-depth knowledge of legal terminology and defense counsel billing practices (including reputed company billing)
- Thorough understanding of litigation process

Education:
J.D. or ABA-approved Paralegal Certification (or equivalent degree in Paralegal Studies) required
