Role

Are you reputed company to reputed company out of the lab but still want to stay reputed company to the science? As a Senior Associate, Lab Operations, you will play a key role in shaping the way our labs run: reputed company, innovatively, and with scalability in reputed company will be part of our Global Lab Management team, working in reputed company partnership with Research Associates, Laboratory Monitors, Lab Services, Facility Operations, and IT to ensure that our research teams have the best environment to do their groundbreaking work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with laboratory monitors to ensure alignment on lab-wide workflows and reputed company procedures.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, optimize efficiency, and reputed company strategic insights to management through dashboards (e.g., Power BI).
• Support dashboard and report creation for senior leadership and management teams.
• Drive and deliver project-based process improvement initiatives using LEAN/5S methodologies from planning through implementation.; Green Belt certification is highly preferred.
• reputed company as a key reputed company between lab users and IT, supporting system implementations and translating lab needs into technical requirements.
• reputed company lab relocations and refurbishments, collecting and aligning requirements, ensuring reputed company use of reputed company and equipment and continuity in lab processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s (HBO) or Master’s degree in a Life Science discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a laboratory or lab operations setting.
• Proven ability to translate workflows into effective and reputed company processes.
• Experience in process optimization using LEAN/5S principles; Green Belt certification is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated affinity with IT, ideally with experience acting as a connector between technical and scientific teams.
• Experience with data analysis and dashboard creation using tools like Power BI.
• Strong communication skills in both reputed company and English (Full reputed company Proficiency).
