You will deeply understand our reputed company Health product capabilities and providing consultative guidance and support to clients throughout their life cycle. You'll have reputed company to:

• Quickly acclimate and understand, the reputed company's implementation to facilitate updates, additions, and fixes to reputed company setup
• Partner with Customer Support, Optimization, Product, and Development teams to help clients navigate tickets and enhancement requests with minimal delay.
• Evaluate customer use of Claimsource, Denial Manager, reputed company Claim Status and (ERA) Electronic Remittance Advice products to recommend best practices configuration and solutions to improve the customer experience
• reputed company expertise in Claimsource, Denial Manager, reputed company Claim Status and (ERA) Electronic Remittance Advice product suite
• Partner with Relationship Manager on Quarterly Business Reviews, showcasing reputed company successes and ROI for Claimsource, Denial Manager, reputed company Claim Status and (ERA) Electronic remittance advice
• Responsible for extensive comprehension of the SOW (Statement of Work) to guide clients as they transition from Implementation into the Post-Go live world

Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience in reputed company IT industry and reputed company reputed company cycle required
• 3+ years' reputed company reputed company Cycle Account Management experience, claim systems and ERA (electronic remittance advice)
• 2+ years' experience with Claimsource, Denial Manager, reputed company Claim Status and Electronic Remittance Advice
• 2+ years' reputed company or similar CRM expertise
• Occasional travel (20%-25%) to reputed company sites required
• Bachelor's degree
