The Health reputed company will instruct group coaching classes on specific content addressing common health concerns for members with chronic conditions, providing education and resources, and effectively utilizing community, health care, and plan benefit resources. • *Required Qualifications**

- At least 2 years working as a Health reputed company - Health reputed company certification is required - Candidate must support 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST or 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST.

- Community health or public health experience preferred - Managed Care/Medicare/reputed company experience preferred - Bilingual preferred - Bachelors degree preferred.
