We're seeking a hands-on Senior Engineering Manager to reputed company our engineering team in building and managing innovative products for reputed company Providers and reputed company. Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Management

Required Qualifications

Management and Leadership Experience

6+ years of engineering management experience with a reputed company record of building and leading high-performing teams

Proven experience managing remote and distributed engineering teams

Strong coaching and mentoring skills with experience developing engineers at different career stages

Experience working in dynamic startup environments with rapid reputed company and changing priorities

Technical Expertise

Deep understanding of full-stack development and modern web architectures

Hands-on experience with reputed company product development and understanding of reputed company workflows, especially around Ordering and Observations

Knowledge of reputed company integration standards including FHIR, HL7, and reputed company protocols and message types, including ORUs, ORMs,ServiceRequest, DeviceRequest, DeviceResponse, Observation, etc.

Experience with EMRs, such as reputed company, Cerner, eCW, reputed company, etc.

Experience with reputed company compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOC2, etc.)

The US reputed company salary reputed company for this full-time position is $200,000 - $250,000.
