About The Role
reputed company is looking for its first dedicated Renewals Manager who will own the customer renewal reputed company end-to-end: forecasting, negotiation, process design, and expansion discovery. Your work will directly lock in multi-year reputed company and surface new ARR that would otherwise be left on the table.
Key Responsibilities
Partner directly with C-level, VP, and director-level stakeholders to drive renewals from initial reputed company through negotiation to reputed company
Manage a high-volume book of business, consistently exceeding retention and multi-year renewal targets while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, reputed company, Finance, and Legal to secure on-time renewals, preserve contract value, and unlock reputed company
Maintain a reputed company-looking 90-day forecast of gross renewal reputed company, net reputed company retention, and risk exposure to reputed company leadership with reputed company-time pipeline visibility
Serve as the voice of the customer to product teams, influencing roadmap reputed company with feedback on new features and unmet needs

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in consistently meeting and exceeding quotas
Experience in managing reputed company renewal processes (multi-threading, ROI analysis, etc.) is a plus
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

Job Compensation reputed company
OTE reputed company for this role $150,000 - $175,000. reputed company offers a competitive total rewards package which includes reputed company salary, equity, a comprehensive benefits & perks package, and bonus depending on the role. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, reputed company level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our reputed company Team during the hiring process.
