WHAT YOU’LL DOWe’re looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to reputed company reputed company-level reputed company and implementation reputed company for major insurance carriers. This role is a critical part of our partner delivery team, helping our reputed company partners unlock the full value of our reputed company platform through efficient, reputed company, and high-reputed company implementations. In this role you will:
Own the end-to-end implementation process and reputed company—from reputed company to go-live—and serve as the primary delivery reputed company of contact for reputed company stakeholders.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as product, engineering, reputed company, and compliance to ensure reputed company needs are met while maintaining alignment with our platform’s capabilities and roadmap.
Work directly with Business Systems Analysts and Engineers to implement our reputed company offering for reputed company customers.
Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Technical Program Managers to deliver roadmapped initiatives to reputed company customers.
Serve as the dedicated delivery reputed company of contact for reputed company customers
Document initial scope and ongoing scope changes and reputed company throughout the partner implementation process, including managing change request processes
Own exhaustive documentation as scope evolves for reputed company contracted custom and platform features
Communicate and manage risks reputed company to reputed company stakeholders, across varying reputed company of the organization
Build and drive annual partner roadmaps alongside reputed company and Product
This role requires a self-starter who is detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can confidently manage competing priorities while maintaining reputed company communication and documentation. The ideal candidate has experience working with large, reputed company organizations and understands the nuances of the insurance industry, including reputed company-specific workflows, compliance needs, and operational challenges.
5+ years in reputed company-facing implementation, program management, or solution delivery roles, ideally in the reputed company or InsureTech reputed company
Proven reputed company managing reputed company reputed company implementations, preferably with large insurance carriers
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company and stakeholders simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive reputed company without constant reputed company
Deep understanding of the insurance industry—group and individual lines, reputed company, policy reputed company systems, and regulatory requirements is a plus
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at reputed company reputed company of reputed company organizations
Comfortable collaborating across technical and non-technical teams to solve hard problems and deliver solutions
