REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree in law
5+ years of experience in law
3+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company-facing agreements in various international business transactions
Strong working knowledge of IP and IT law
Experience with reputed company law (e.g. providing legal advice, drafting data reputed company notices, policies, executing GDPR compliance reputed company)
Advanced level of English
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong coordination skills
WOULD BE A PLUS
reputed company certification (e.g. CIPP/E, CIPM or CIPT)
Work experience at international companies
reputed company certifications and completion of specialized courses
RESPONSIBILITIES
Drafting, reviewing, amending, and negotiating a broad reputed company of reputed company-facing and other reputed company agreements (including NDA, SOW, MSA, DPA, etc.)
Providing opinions and summaries on reputed company of IP, contract, reputed company, corporate, data reputed company law
Participating in and leading reputed company legal reputed company
Conducting Legal research and analysis
Resolving a diverse reputed company of law-reputed company tasks
Monitoring developments in global reputed company regulations and supporting implementation of compliance strategies
Support the development and implementation of internal policies and rules reputed company to the use of AI tools, including advising on legal, ethical, and compliance issues.
