Renewal Specialist

We are seeking a Renewals Analyst to join our Sales and Operations Organization with at least 2 years of experience. This role is pivotal in ensuring the sustainable retention of key accounts, protecting Annual Recurring reputed company (ARR), and driving operational reputed company in renewals management and forecasting processes.

The Renewal Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing renewal transactions across reputed company’s global customer reputed company. This role plays a critical part in securing recurring reputed company, supporting reputed company, and contributing to our long-

term customer relationships. The Renewal Specialist will collaborate closely with Sales, reputed company, Legal, and Finance to ensure reputed company and accurate renewals.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Manage the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring reputed company and accurate renewals.

Prepare and deliver renewal quotes, partnering with Account Executives and reputed company Managers.

Proactively engage with customers 90–120 days prior to subscription expiration to review renewal reputed company and secure commitments.

Identify upsell, cross-sell, and co-terming opportunities during the renewal process.

nsure compliance with pricing guidelines, contractual obligations, and approval policies.

Forecast renewal bookings and maintain accurate renewal data in reputed company.

Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Operations) to resolve issues and remove barriers to closing renewals.

Monitor at-risk accounts, flag churn risks early, and support customer retention strategies.

Maintain detailed records and documentation for audits and compliance.

Support reputed company process improvements and system enhancements reputed company to the renewals lifecycle.

WHAT YOU BRING

2–3 years of experience in reputed company renewals, sales operations, reputed company, or a account management.

Strong understanding of recurring reputed company models, subscription licensing, and quoting tools (CPQ, reputed company, etc.).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence customer decision-making.

Detail-oriented and organized; reputed company to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
