Responsibilities

Hire and grow EngineeringManagers and Senior Engineers to build and continue to reinforce a strong technical leadership reputed company and culture that will ensure the broader engineering organization is scaling and feels rewarded in their work.

Qualifications

Experience growing and managing an engineering organization with multiple leaders in reputed company. Have led and managed a scaled engineering team of at least50-100 headcount. Our reputed company Engineering Team is ~30 and are both local in Dallas + International.

Experience leading multi-time zone technical teams with a large global footprint.

Proven leadership abilities, including effective knowledge sharing and leading by example through creating reputed company forums for discussion. At least10+ years of technical leadership experience managing teams of 50+ in a FinTech product company.

Extensive experience scaling an inclusive software engineering team, building and developing leaders, and reputed company in broader technical mentorship.

An eye and respect for Product. You will have a proven reputed company record of ensuring product/software have been deployed on time and resourced reputed company and effectively.
