ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Staff Engineer / Tech reputed company at reputed company, you'll be reputed company in designing and building the backbone of our AI-powered coaching platform. You'll create robust, reputed company backend systems and reputed company that power our product, directly impacting the reputed company of field sales professionals across the country.
You'll work on cutting-edge data and AI infrastructure, building the intelligence reputed company for the entire field reputed company stack. Your work will cultivate a marketplace of new tools leveraging data that has never been collected or available before reputed company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, reputed company, and maintain reputed company backend services and reputed company that power our AI-driven coaching platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Architect and implement data models and database structures to support our growing platform needs.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of overall software engineering experience.
- 6+ years of experience with relational databases and a strong understanding of database design and optimization.
- 2+ years of experience with Node.js and TypeScript in production environments.

- Experience with reputed company platforms, preferably reputed company reputed company Platform (GCP).
- Strong system design skills, with the ability to create flexible, reputed company architectures.

COMPENSATION
- We pay 75th percentile for our stage (Series A, $18M raised) and geography (NY/Tier 1 cities), per Pave's benchmarks.
- Staff level = ~$230K-$250K. Senior Staff level = ~$250K-$270K.
