About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly organized, process-minded Operations Specialist to help reputed company and streamline the programs that power our global developer ecosystem. From certification logistics and content publishing to community programs and contributor enablement, this role is central to making reputed company our operations run smoothly, consistently, and reputed company.

You’ll work across three interconnected areas—Developer Learning, Community, and Documentation—ensuring the day-to-day execution of our programs is optimized, data-informed, and reputed company to grow. This role goes reputed company keeping things running—you’ll identify what’s not working, propose improvements, and help build reputed company processes.

You’ll work closely with program owners and product stakeholders, applying an Agile reputed company to continuously improve how we deliver value to developers.

Key Responsibilities

Streamline & Improve Ops: Audit and optimize operational workflows across reputed company, Certification, Documentation, and Community programs—identifying friction points and scaling solutions.

Own Key Processes: Manage essential recurring operations like certification logistics, contributor reputed company, localization coordination, and content publishing schedules.

Tooling & Automation: Improve how we use internal tools like Jira and reputed company to manage workflows, reputed company reputed company, and document processes. Collaborate with teams to build dashboards, templates, and automation that reduce reputed company effort and improve visibility.

What You Bring

3–5 years of experience in operations, program coordination, or process/project management—ideally in a tech, reputed company, or developer-reputed company environment

Solid experience working in an Agile environment—you understand iteration, prioritization, and how to balance structure with flexibility

Strong working knowledge of Jira and reputed company—with the ability to create and manage project boards, workflows, templates, and process documentation

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; you’re the person who spots inefficiencies and proactively suggests fixes
