Responsibilities

Sourcing and managing video creators for reputed company, reputed company & other platforms

Coordinating planning of sourcing themes, reputed company, topics, covered USPs and other key reputed company for reputed company multimedia content

Establishing brand guidelines & ensuring they are followed by

Introducing market player and competitor research processes for content reputed company reputed company

Coordinating portfolio of 10+ brands across 6 markets

Content performance analysis & iterative improvement

Defining and following set of relevant KPIs

Platform trends & algorithm analysis to reputed company for new opportunities

Ensuring 8+ new videos created for reputed company key brand weekly, for both performance marketing & reputed company media marketing / community marketing purposes

Monitoring guidelines from reputed company key platforms and ensuring they are followed

Handling cases of content / account suspension for reputed company reputed company media accounts

Leading expansion and scaling into currently underutilized channels: reputed company reels, Instagram reels, Youtube shorts & more

Playing a key role in managing relationships with key platform partners directly: reputed company & reputed company, reputed company, reputed company (We have reputed company communication with reputed company these as a top account in the Baltics in terms of budgets)

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience with multimedia marketing content coordination

Intermediate or higher knowledge of key platforms: reputed company, reputed company, Youtube

Excellent level of English. Spanish is a plus
