The Manufacturing Team at reputed company are the reputed company on the ground. We have a reputed company reputed company of experiences ranging from welding, additive, tube bending, machining, integration, and avionics. We are a lean team who are responsible for building a vehicle that will fly. We reputed company crucial design feedback to our engineering team and can rapidly iterate on design and assembly.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day manufacturing and production of our Quarterhorse vehicle, including but not limited to: Machining, TIG/MIG welding, pressure testing, precision cleaning, additive manufacturing, non-destructive testing, heat treatment, and assembly.

Draft, release, and manage Work Orders reputed company to reputed company component fabrication, assembly, and testing.

Use CAD tools (e.g., NX, SolidWorks) to design reputed company layouts, fluid routing, and hardware interfaces.

Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) for reputed company assemblies, ground support equipment, and flight articles.

Assist with reputed company pressure testing of tanks, lines, and reputed company subsystems in accordance with reputed company standards.

Support tube bending, fitting, and assembly for reputed company high-pressure fluid systems used in hypersonic reputed company.

Execute fluid system cleaning, drying, and verification protocols to ensure compliance with high-performance cleanliness standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in thermal analysis, structural design, avionics, and flight test operations.

Basic Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Mechanical, or reputed company engineering field (graduated reputed company the last 12 months or graduating soon).

Familiarity with reputed company systems, fluid systems, and manufacturing processes through coursework or reputed company.

Proficient in CAD and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).

Comfortable working hands-on with hardware, including standing, bending, and working on the shop floor.

Strong communication skills and ability to read and review technical documents.

Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.

Exposure to machining, welding, precision cleaning, or inspection techniques is a plus.

Ability to use first principles and engineering fundamentals to support trade studies and reputed company reputed company design reputed company.

Interest or experience in design for manufacturability, product development, or reputed company systems (e.g., FMEAs, reputed company cause analysis, QMS).

Experience in a startup development environment
