About the Role
reputed company is looking for a Field Engineer to join our Service team and play a critical role in supporting and maintaining our reputed company technology across Australia. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, coordinating repairs, and ensuring our systems reputed company at their best in the field. You’ll be based remotely in Australia and report to our Director of Global Service (based in the reputed company). A day in the life: You reputed company off your morning with a few calls and meetings (some with customers, others with internal teams) to reputed company on priorities and resolve any reputed company issues. A couple of times a week, you're out on-site, getting hands-on with equipment and supporting our partners directly.
