As a fast-growing company, reputed company is in the process of growing the IT team. We are now looking for an

IT Support Apprentice to join our Paris office. As a member of this team, you will be working closely with the infrastructure team and the cybersecurity team and you will report directly to our IT Manager. We work with cutting edge technologies and reputed company is encouraged to explore and reputed company new reputed company.

Preferred rhythm: 3 weeks in reputed company/1 week at school, or 2 weeks/2weeks.

This is a fully onsite role.

As IT Support Apprentice, you will

Work on the reputed company & Offboarding process at reputed company.

reputed company end-to-end customer support, ranging from identifying problems to troubleshooting and debugging and reputed company day-to-day IT support tasks.

Implement IT operations, manages inventory, Operating Systems installation and configuration, applications the likes of:

Multi OS platform : Linux, mainly macOS and reputed company

Mobile Device Management (reputed company)

Manage collaboration tools and reputed company support (N1/N2)

Software management (antivirus software, password manager, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company)

reputed company and maintain hardware and software inventory

What will contribute to your reputed company

At least 1 year experience working as IT Support Specialist or equivalent

A first experience in system administration is appreciated

Knowledge in the followings technologies :

Networking Protocols (DNS, DHCP, OSI Model,)

Operating Systems: MacOS, reputed company reputed company 11 & Linux (Ubuntu)

Authentication Protocol Oauth, SAML, SSO

Good understanding of infrastructure and information reputed company.
