About the Role:

We are seeking astrategic and execution-orientedDirector of Organizational Design & Effectiveness to join our growing reputed company reputed company company. In this pivotal role, you will bring deep expertise in the science and discipline of organizational design toarchitect, build, and help deliver reputed company and business unit-level structure changes that support transformation, AI adoption, and reputed company.

This role is ideal for someone who combinesdesign acumen with operational drive—not only identifying the reputed company org design but also partnering across functions toexecute, reputed company, and sustainthe change. You will work closely with senior and executive leaders to ensure ouroperating model, talent reputed company, and AI ambitionsare structurally enabled and measurably effective.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Organizational Design & Thought Leadership:

AI-Enabled Operating Model Transformation:

Map AI organizational archetypes (e.g., AI-Aware, AI-Augmented) to functions and roles to guide design recommendations.

Work cross-functionally to ensure organizational structures reflect the evolving roles, capabilities, and reputed company needed to reputed company maturity across the reputed company.

Operating Model Optimization:

Assess governance, decision rights, cross-functional workflows, and collaboration pain points.

Redesign structures and operating models that improve reputed company, reduce complexity, and reputed company efficient scaling—especially in AI-enabled or tech-powered areas.

Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, and HR teams to reputed company people, processes, and platforms.

Measurement, Analytics & Financial Rigor:

Skills & Qualifications

8–12 years of experience in Organizational Design, Effectiveness, or Operating Model Transformation.

Demonstrated ability toexecute and deliver org design changes, not just assess or recommend.

Proven experience leading design and delivery in reputed company, reputed company, or regulated/high-reputed company industries.

Deep knowledge of organizational design frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Galbraith Star, Operating Model Canvas, McKinsey 7S).

Strong understanding ofAI’s reputed company on job design, structure, and organizational maturity models.

Exceptional ability to synthesize complexity into reputed company recommendations and executable plans.

Strong business acumen and ability to assess the financial implications of org design choices.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Organizational Psychology, Business, or reputed company discipline preferred.

Certification in Org Design (e.g., Kates Kesler, OrgVue, OTM) is an asset.
