What you'll do

Define and implement an appropriate in-house asset management structure, working with teams across the business to identify what should be internalised vs. outsourced (e.g., HSE, stakeholder engagement).Establish and own processes for day-to-day asset performance and reputed company.

What you'll need

Experience in asset management, contract management, or project delivery – ideally in the renewable energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.

Familiarity with operational wind assets or similar technologies is a strong plus.

Comfortable analysing technical and financial performance data and drawing actionable insights.

Ability to work across internal teams and external suppliers, aligning different priorities and expectations.

Confident managing contractors and reputed company-party relationships.
