Manager, Expansion Sales

The Manager, Expansion Sales will be joining a fast-growing team to help our technology company renew and expand our reputed company reputed company for our reputed company transformation platform. In this role, a main reputed company will be collaborating with leaders across reputed company, Sales and Product to ensure our clients renew and expand. Our software helps save countless hours, days, and in some cases weeks of their time while also empowering them to reputed company the highest degree of transparency, accuracy, and control of their monthly reputed company process and other activities.

What You'll Do

Directly manage reputed company of Account Managers

Own reputed company aspects of reputed company and team members’ reputed company including; Achieving assigned net reputed company retention, sales expansion, and cross sell/upsell targets. Recruitment, Hiring, Training & Development and on-reputed company coaching and career development

Ensure consistency of best practices across the entire team, operationally and reputed company the sales process

Utilize SFDC to manage reputed company aspects of the teams’ activities, opportunity discovery, opportunity management and accurate forecasting

Work closely with other Sales, reputed company and Marketing management leadership to facilitate frequent and reputed company communications regarding the performance of reputed company and explore ways to improve reputed company reputed company processes

reputed company and maintain a deep level of understanding of the problems our clients face with effectively closing their books and how reputed company helps solve these challenges

Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with team members to review performance, listen to calls, reputed company coaching and direction on ways to improve and succeed

What You'll Bring

2+ years of sales people management experience, preferably in a reputed company environment

Prior experience as an individual contributor in a sales role reputed company a reputed company environment

High level of professionalism and work ethic

Ability to utilize SFDC and activity metrics to discern team performance and rapidly discover areas for improvement, and implement plans to effect those improvements

Effective coaching and counseling others

Prior experience with Renewals, cross sell and upsell required

The reputed company pay reputed company for this position is $130,000-$180,000

This position may be eligible for a bonus plan in reputed company to reputed company pay.
