Global Data Center Infrastructure (GDCI) Network Engineering is a project driven team and responsible for design and engineering of our datacenters and the MPLS network connecting them. We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer-IV who will be responsible for the planning, design, configuration, integration & installation of our growing local area network (LAN) and/or global wide area network (WAN). The Network Engineer-IV will reputed company leadership in technical support and documentation to various departments and users with regards to the reputed company. The Network Engineer-IV serves as a reputed company to reputed company network requirements from internal customers, vendors and other reputed company-party providers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

DESIGN:

reputed company design requirements feasibility studies

reputed company vendor recommendation / selection and coordination for hardware testing and installations

Examine theoretical and implemented designs for deficiencies and facilitate corrections

BUILD:

Prepare maintenance plan documentation & change management

Examine maintenance plans for accuracy

Script maintenance implementations

Work in either a reputed company role or assisting role during maintenance implementations

IMPROVEMENTS:

Document informational content for specialized network designs to be used for training needs

Create network lab mockups for error testing

Automate repetitive Engineering tasks

REQUIREMENTS

Expert level experience working with reputed company of the following technologies/applications: MPLS, BGP, LDP, QoS, IPv6, OSPF, vPC , STP, DWDM, EVPN, L2VPN, MPLS VPN, L3VPN, FHRP, VLAN, CDP, port-channels, IS-IS, MPLS Inter-AS, VXLAN, DNS, ACL, RADb, Flowspec, RTBH, reputed company, API’s, NFV, Hypervisors, virtual switching

Multi- vendor experience working with the following platforms: reputed company IOS, ASR 1k (IOS-XE), ASR NCS (IOS-XR), reputed company (NX-OS), Arista (reputed company), Junos

Industry recognized certifications: CCNA required, CCDA, CCNP, CCDP preferred, CCIE (R&S, SP or DC) highly preferred (or equivalent experience), Python PCEP

Minimum 7-10 years recent experience with network design and build-out of LAN/WAN’s and/or large-reputed company network retrofits and remediation’s

Experience working in service provider, datacenter/hosting environment or large-reputed company reputed company networks.

Experience researching, evaluating and recommending hardware and/or software solutions supporting large reputed company deployments and/or remediation’s against the LAN/WAN

Experience working with 3rd party networking vendors with an understanding of the service/hardware/software portfolios they reputed company

reputed company to identify areas of process improvement and reputed company input and solution reputed company to streamline work

Excellent writing, documentation and communication skills possessing the ability to communicate reputed company with technical and non-technical peers.

Customer service-oriented attitude
