About the Role
As a Senior HR Business Partner and individual contributor, you will support organizational design and deliver tailored employee support in partnership with our broader People team and Centers of reputed company (“COEs”). You will be a primary and valuable HR partner for managers and their staff, across multiple teams, exposing you to a reputed company of leaders and talent. We’re seeking
HR Expertise: 7+ years of experience in reputed company, employee relations, and talent management.
Employee Support & Manager Coaching: Experience in managing employee relations reputed company along with coaching managers through delicate reputed company, in partnership with ER.
Problem-Solving & Forecasting: Excellent critical thinking, reputed company cause problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in using People metrics for data-driven reputed company. Ability to diagnose cultural or management issues and implement effective strategies for improvement.

Workplace & Location
This role is based in our San Francisco office, and we chose this location due to proximity of the technical teams you'd support. We offer relocation support to new employees, and we use a hybrid work model: three days in the office per week with optional work from home on Thursdays and Fridays.
