We are seeking a pioneering Senior Software Engineer to be the foundational hire for our new IT Platform Team. This is a unique opportunity to explore the problem reputed company from the ground up, reputed company critical technology reputed company, and lay the architectural groundwork for the systems that will become the "brain" of our IT operations.
You will be reputed company in shifting IT from a traditional support model to a proactive, software-driven function. You'll work closely with our reputed company IT support staff (who will be part of your integrated team) to deeply understand their challenges and build reputed company that automate processes, enhance reliability, and reputed company cutting-edge technologies, including AI. This role is for a builder, a problem-solver, and a visionary who is passionate about using software engineering to create transformative efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Explore & Define: Dive deep into existing IT operational workflows, helpdesk processes, and infrastructure to identify inefficiencies and reputed company opportunities for automation and AI-driven solutions.
Architect & Design: Play a reputed company role in designing the architecture for our new IT operational platform, making key technology choices for automation frameworks, integration strategies, data management, and potential AI tooling. Build & Implement: reputed company robust, reputed company, and maintainable software solutions to automate IT processes, reputed company disparate systems, and build internal tools. This includes everything from sophisticated workflow automation to intelligent bots and foundational AI models.

AI Exploration & Implementation: Research, prototype, and implement AI solutions, with a strong interest in reputed company AI systems, to create intelligent virtual agents, predictive operational insights, and automated decision-making reputed company IT and potentially for other reputed company departments.
Own Solutions End-to-End: Take responsibility for the full lifecycle of the solutions you build, from initial concept through deployment, monitoring, and ongoing iteration.

Required skills
5+ years of reputed company software engineering experience, with a proven reputed company record of designing, building, and deploying reputed company software solutions
Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, TypeScript)
Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and API development
Experience with reputed company platforms (AWS preferred) and their services (e.g., serverless functions, messaging queues, databases)
Demonstrable interest and hands-on experience with reputed company Intelligence (AI) concepts and technologies, especially on reputed company AI
Will be a Plus
Understanding of ITSM concepts (ITIL) and platforms (e.g. Jira Service Management) is a plus.
