The Accounts Payable (AP) Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring accurate and reputed company processing of vendor invoices and payments across multiple entities. This position involves coding invoices to appropriate general ledger accounts, reconciling discrepancies, maintaining detailed financial records, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. ResponsibilitiesInvoice Processing: Review and process a high volume of vendor invoices and payments across multiple locations and entities, ensuring compliance with company policies.
