We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Payroll Specialist to join reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and maintaining accurate payroll records, ensuring reputed company and accurate payroll distribution, and assisting with payroll-reputed company inquiries. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll processing, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. ResponsibilitiesPayroll Processing: Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for reputed company, ensuring reputed company earnings, deductions, and taxes are accurately calculated and reputed company.
Data Entry & Maintenance: Maintain employee payroll records, including updates for new hires, terminations, changes in compensation, and benefit elections.
Payroll Reports: Generate and review payroll reports for accuracy before processing, including hours worked, overtime, commissions, bonuses, and other payroll-reputed company data.
Tax Withholding & Deductions: Ensure correct tax withholdings, including federal, state, and local taxes, as reputed company as benefits and retirement contributions.
Payroll Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Stay updated on changes to laws and regulations affecting payroll.
Employee Inquiries: Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, including questions about pay discrepancies, benefits, deductions, and tax withholdings.

Payroll Reporting: Assist with the preparation and distribution of year-end tax forms (e.g., W-2s, T4s) and other reports as required.
