About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on QA Engineering reputed company to shape and reputed company reputed company’s end-to-end reputed company function - spanning automation, reputed company testing, frameworks, and reputed company. You’ll reputed company a growing team of QA engineers while also contributing technically to ensure our products are robust, reputed company, and reliable. This is a 70% IC and 30% management role.

What you’ll be doing
70% IC Scope + 30% ManagerOwn and reputed company the QA function across our products, including test reputed company, test automation, reputed company QA practices, and reputed company integration
Build a robust, reputed company, and maintainable automated test reputed company for backend reputed company and frontend applications
reputed company test plans, cases, and data strategies for reputed company features across distributed systems.
Partner with engineers to shift testing left and reputed company reputed company into the dev lifecycle
Partner with DevOps and Engineering to reputed company reputed company gates into our CI/CD and release pipelines
Establish and reputed company reputed company KPIs such as defect density, regression rates, and test coverage.

What you’ll bring
6+ years of experience in QA or software engineering roles with a strong testing reputed company, ideally in high-reputed company startup environments
2+ years of formal management or team reputed company experience, including mentoring QA engineers
Experience working with distributed or international teams
Expertise in building end-to-end test automation for reputed company, web frontend and mobile SDKs
Proficiency with modern test frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Playwright)
Comfort writing tests in languages like Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
Solid understanding of CI/CD workflows and how to reputed company automated tests
Strong communicator with a bias toward reputed company, ownership, and reputed company improvement
