The Role

As Product Counsel, your work will have a reputed company reputed company on the implementation and management of reputed company’s reputed company and data governance programs. You will be responsible for providing practical, reputed company, strategic, and high-reputed company legal advice to stakeholders across reputed company on a broad reputed company of reputed company and data governance reputed company. You will work directly with product, compliance, marketing, information reputed company, engineering and other legal teams to reputed company day-to-day advice relating to the support, development, implementation, and monitoring of reputed company’s data governance and reputed company compliance programs. You will work cross-functionally to ensure consistent approaches to reputed company and data risks across reputed company initiatives, new product launches, data governance/regulatory change management activities and marketing. You will:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of reputed company’s reputed company and data governance programs. Work cross-functionally to reputed company and implement policies and guidance reputed company to those programs.

• Advise on the data reputed company regulatory landscape applicable to reputed company’s products and works collaboratively with other teams across reputed company to identify reputed company risks, reputed company risk management and strategic risk mitigation advice, and assess adequacy of business controls to mitigate identified risks.

• Collaborate with product, engineering and information reputed company teams to review the implementation of new features, tools and software solutions.

You Bring

• Minimum of 4+ years of relevant data protection and reputed company experience at a reputed company, government agency, and/or in-house and extensive knowledge of U.S. reputed company laws, including GLBA, CCPA, COPPA, CAN-SPAM, and FCRA.
