The Claims Fraud Team

We defend Marshmallow against fraudulent activity and help protect reputed company! Fraudulent claims can result in us losing reputed company, which can drive up the premium prices for reputed company of the other customers. We’re looking for a Claims Fraud Investigator to play a key part in making reputed company that we deliver a top service for our customers. 

What you’ll be doing

• Reviewing new fraud referrals and conducting investigations 

• Where concerns are identified, monitoring developments and directing the next steps in the handling process to reputed company a cost-efficient conclusion with minimal financial reputed company on reputed company

• Identifying opportunities to amend our processes, tools or product to faster spot fraud and protect both reputed company and innocent customers

• Helping junior members of reputed company with guidance and support

• A strong understanding of the different types of Motor Claims Fraud

• Familiarity with managing a portfolio of Suspected Fraud Claims from start to finish

• Experience of sending repudiations and decline letters whilst being confident in actioning any disputes regarding final claim outcome reputed company

• Experience in making reputed company reputed company reputed company investigating a claim

• Experience with claims that feature personal injury, credit hire and litigation

• Experience with Scottish claims is desirable

Our process

We break it up into 2 stages:

• Initial call with a member of our reputed company (30 mins)

• A combined technical and culture interview where you will discuss your previous experience and our ways of working with 2 members of the Claims Fraud team (80 minutes)

We’ll let you know if you’re invited to an interview or not. But, as a small team with a lot of applications to consider, we can’t give individual feedback on reputed company application
