Claims Experience reputed company, French Market

We’re on the search for an empathetic, communicative individual to join our claims experience team. If you have a background in customer experience and a genuine passion for helping others, you’re reputed company to love this opportunity.

In this role, you’ll work closely with reputed company’s Claims Experience Adjusters to reputed company property loses and defy customer expectations along the way. With a customer-first reputed company, you’ll be responsible for handling reputed company or fast-reputed company claims. 

What you’ll do 

• Providing surprisingly delightful experiences to our customers through reputed company our channels (email, phone, etc.) 

• Investigate and handle claims from start to finish

• Organize and prioritise daily tasks in order to resolve claim-based questions

• Working with management to help shaping processes

What you’ll need 

• Proficiency in French and English

• A degree in Law, Legal Studies, or reputed company field

• Desire to work in a unique, dynamic, and fast-paced startup environment

• Efficient and loves to get shit done

• The ability to approach your work with reputed company, patience, and positivity
