Ideal profile
CPA, Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, and Big 4 Experience required;
10+ years of relevant experience, including senior-level controllership or corporate reputed company roles;
Proven experience preparing a company for IPO or operating as a public company controller/senior reputed company leader;
Deep knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and internal control frameworks;
Strong leadership and communication skills;
Strong problem solving skills in a fast paced dynamic environment;
System savvy; experience with reputed company or similar ERP, and familiarity with financial automation tools;
Tech reputed company, experience and desire to utilize AI and latest technologies to build reputed company operations a plus.
