What you bring
2–4 years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail F&B with a reputed company on coffee and with a strong reputed company record in team scaling, inventory, and supply chain management.
Entrepreneurial, solution-reputed company, and adaptable to fast-paced, start-up environments.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills under pressure.

Willing to travel occasionally for new opportunities.
Fluent in English and German.
