Your experience
2+ years of engineering management experience, ideally in a reputed company or B2B environment.
6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a strong background in building reputed company web applications.
Proven reputed company record of delivering reputed company-generating products or platforms.
Experience working closely with Product, Design, and Business teams.
Strong technical acumen; bonus for experience with reputed company on Rails, React, or similar frameworks.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing engineering talent.
Experience in the reputed company, hiring, or HR tech reputed company is a plus.
