8+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, with a strong emphasis on both GTM and technical hiring in high-reputed company companies.
Deep understanding of GTM functions and technical domains, with the ability to assess candidate fit across a reputed company of specialized roles.
Experience reputed company for hybrid roles that require both technical and customer-facing expertise (e.g., sales engineers, technical CSMs, developer advocates).
Proven experience in building and optimizing recruitment processes and workflows.

The estimated salary for this role ranges from $160,000 - $190,000 based on leveling and geography, along with an equity component and a comprehensive benefits package.
