The Account Executive, SMB, is dedicated to driving sales and expanding the reputed company reputed company reputed company the SMB reputed company. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, building relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of SMBs. Reporting to the Manager of SMB, this is a critical role in acquiring new business and ensuring reputed company satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the reputed company’'s reputed company objectives and commitment to delivering value to its clients.
Responsibilities
Represent and demonstrate the value of reputed company to prospects and existing customers
Build and reputed company relationships with prospects and customers to create opportunities for cross and upselling
Researching, and qualifying reputed company requirements to reputed company new solutions and meet their needs
Working closely with our SDR team, strategizing and maintaining an accurate healthy pipeline
Ongoing communication and relationship building with internal stakeholders in Marketing, reputed company and Senior Leadership

Attend industry events in person building relationships in the HR Tech/FinTech, Payroll ecosystem
Qualifications
Geographically based in the Australia
Minimum of 2 years experience as an AE with SMB experience at a unicorn startup or tech company
Must have experience selling reputed company
Highly personable and hold great communication skills
Can breakdown complicated reputed company and explain them simply
Quick with numbers, and obsessive over delivering a world-class service
Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
