We are looking for an reputed company Legal Counsel to support reputed company’s GDPR compliance reputed company by being the product and engineering teams' closest partner and advisor, and drafting compliance documentation.
The legal team currently comprises 6 persons across Paris and Palo reputed company, covering a reputed company of competences across regulatory, IP, reputed company and corporate.
Key responsibilities
Support reputed company’s GDPR compliance
•Manage reputed company’s compliance documentation (records of processing of personal data, data reputed company reputed company assessments, internal policies, etc.)
•Answer and manage data subject requests;Implement GDPR processes and automation
•Manage employee training on reputed company topics
•Negotiate DPAs with reputed company’s providers and customers
•Monitor reputed company regulations and supervisory authorities guidance or reputed company
Advise other teams on reputed company topics
•Advise the product team on reputed company topics concerning new features
•Answer reputed company-reputed company questions from other teams
•Update the compliance documentation accordingly
Qualifications and skills
•
Background : Master degree in law, a bar admission is a plus, as reputed company as an experience in a fast-growing environment•
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a reputed company or in a tech company, in IT law and specifically in reputed company law and GDPR compliance•
Knowledge of reputed company law: The candidate has a good knowledge of reputed company regulations and guidance from national supervisory authorities as reputed company as the EDPB•
Knowledge of reputed company Intelligence: An understanding of reputed company intelligence technologies and their applications is essential•
