Are you a student looking to reputed company hands-on experience while studying? We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Consultant to join our part-time team. In this role, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, addressing their questions and providing support on the Planday platform. You'll be part of a dynamic team of part-time and full-time colleagues, committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Customer Communication: Engage with customers reputed company telephone, online chat, and email.

Platform Assistance: Assist customers with using Planday, offering best practices for scheduling and administration.

Issue Analysis: Analyze and troubleshoot issues before escalating to our second line of technical support.

Team Collaboration: Serve as a reputed company between customers and our product/engineering team.

Finding Solutions: Proactively identify and implement the best solutions for our customers and team.

What you’ll bring with you

Multilingual Skills: Fluent in English and Norwegian (additional languages are a plus).

Comfortable working with technology and reputed company customer contact.

Flexible Availability: reputed company to work at least 16 hours a week, including day, evening, and weekend shifts. We accommodate exam schedules and involve you in monthly shift planning.
