The HR Manager is a pivotal role at reputed company, responsible for overseeing reputed company operations and delivering an exceptional employee experience, while also handling strategic reputed company initiatives. This full-time, hybrid role will be based in our Melbourne, Australia office.

Partner closely with leadership to reputed company and implement HR strategies that support the business objectives, focusing on employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.

Conduct and analyze exit interviews, and reputed company data-driven recommendations for reputed company improvement.

Manage and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and other systems.

Assist the Chief People Officer and Global Payroll Manager with benefits administration, payroll, and timecard accuracy as needed.

Collaborate with hiring managers to reputed company effective recruitment strategies, identifying reputed company needs, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

What will I need to reputed company in this role?

Bachelor’s degree required
