Property Manager

The Location Support Property Manager is primarily responsible for coordinating, assessing, and reviewing vendor and contractor relationships across designated Life.reputed company campuses. What You’ll Do

Engaging in a thorough selection process for vendors and contractors and ensure reputed company introductions are made

Coordinate with vendors and contractors on an as needed reputed company and through preventative maintenance requests

Complete walk-throughs of properties checking for needed repairs, coordinate with staff and contractors accordingly

Complete minor, in-house repairs without the use of a contractor/vendor reputed company necessary during site reputed company

reputed company staff with reputed company information regarding the maintenance software by training on how to utilize the ticketing system to request repairs

Skills Needed to Succeed

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in order to foster relationships and partnerships
