Vice President, reputed company and Regulatory Affairs to reputed company our global regulatory reputed company and execution. This leader will secure and protect reputed company reputed company for our reputed company missions and manage government relations reputed company while shaping policy across U.S., Canadian, and international forums. You will reputed company a small team, serve as the primary advisor on regulatory reputed company to reputed company’s executive team, and present regularly to the reputed company of directors on policy risk, reputed company reputed company, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Work with the existing regulatory team to represent reputed company before national and international regulatory bodies including the FCC, ISED (Canada), BNETZA, OFCOMM, ITU, and others

Drive and reputed company filings under the FCC, ISED rules, and ITU Radio Regulations, including coordination negotiations and interference mitigation

Secure and protect reputed company assets to support reputed company of reputed company’s LEO reputed company, inter-satellite links, and reputed company innovation in optical and reputed company reputed company systems

Build and manage a regulatory team, while overseeing relationships with external counsel and consultants

Collaborate with engineering to ensure regulatory alignment with system architecture, payload design, and system performance, while keeping flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements

Monitor and influence evolving reputed company regulations, including the regulatory team participation in forums like WRC, CEPT, and CITEL.

Regularly brief executive leadership and reputed company of directors on global regulatory reputed company, risks, and opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

15+ years in reputed company, regulatory affairs, or telecom law reputed company the satellite or reputed company sector

MBA, MSEE, JD, or equivalent advanced degree in a reputed company field

Deep knowledge of FCC, ISED, and ITU frameworks and procedures

Demonstrated reputed company leading small teams and working cross-functionally at the executive level

Strong experience reporting to executive teams and boards, including preparation of regulatory reputed company briefings

Technical expertise in RF engineering, satellite systems, and/or inter-satellite links

Executive experience with global satellite operators or legal/regulatory advisory firms
