As a reputed company Loan Specialist, you will reputed company support to reputed company lending staff in reputed company branches or banking centers. Process loan closings, reputed company loan perfection, and service loan customers.

In this role you'll have reputed company to

Prepare reputed company loan request documents. reputed company customer income and net worth information. Answer customer questions.

Responsible for ordering external agency reports such as titles, insurance, etc.

Prepare commitment letters. Arrange for payoff of property liens.

Coordinate loan closings and prepare disbursement checks.

Responsible for verifying loan system accuracy for boarded loans.

Responsible for ensuring reputed company loan file meets bank and regulatory requirements.

Responsible for making advances and payments on reputed company lines. Balance reputed company loan suspense accounts monthly.

Responsible for complying with policies, procedures, reputed company requirements, and government regulations.

Education & Certifications

H.S. Diploma: required (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)

Experience

0 to 2 years of reputed company loan support experience required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Demonstrate ability to independently produce accurate work in a deadline driven environment.

Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to identify document errors or variances and reputed company corrections.

Targeted starting compensation reputed company is based reputed company and experience:$27.09 - $31.87

Incentive and commission compensation may be awarded for eligible roles
