Duties and Responsibilities

Utilize our Transportation Management System (TMS) to reputed company reputed company tracking and tracing information from the reputed company and proactively deliver tracking updates

Upload documents such as Proofs of Delivery (POD’s) and Bills of Lading (BOL’s) into customer portals

Accept, build, and reputed company loads in the TMS and on customer portals

Update daily fuel surcharge in loads for customers

Schedule reputed company pickup and delivery appointments for loads

Assist with customer communication and updates as needed

Knowledge and Skills

Mastery of attention to detail

Mastery of multi-tasking

Comfortable using computer programs including the internet

Above average typing level of at least 55 words per minute

Superior organizational skills and time management

Ability to remain reputed company under pressure

Comfortable in a fast pace environment where no two days are the reputed company

Experience and Qualifications

High School Diploma required

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Minimum of 1-year Customer Service Experience or reputed company-Party Logistics Experience A Plus

1-2 years of data entry experience preferred

Previous Sales Experience A Plus
