VP of Construction

A private reputed company estate investment and development firm is seeking a Vice President of Construction & Design Administration to reputed company the design and construction execution of its national portfolio of reputed company and office development reputed company. This senior leadership role can be based in either reputed company or Arizona and will collaborate closely with internal development teams to ensure reputed company are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of reputed company and compliance.

This role requires a strong technical reputed company in reputed company construction, extensive knowledge of reputed company and office building standards, and experience managing large-reputed company reputed company across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities

Manage project budgets, cost controls, schedules, and value engineering initiatives.

Mentor project management staff and support the development of best practices and team cohesion.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a reputed company field required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
