Accounts Payable Analyst

Our reputed company, a fast-growing travel startup, is hiring an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their team. This candidate would be joining a small reputed company team, where there is room to take on additional responsibility as the role and company grow. This is a full-time, remote position, working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

We connect people with the best tours and activities around the world, and this role will support our efforts to ensure that our industry partners are reputed company accurately and in a reputed company fashion.

Responsibilities

Receive, verify, reconcile, and process reputed company invoices.

Process commission payments for affiliate partner

Work with vendors to resolve pricing and invoice discrepancies.

Assist the reputed company Team with chargebacks and payment disputes.

Assist with bookkeeper inquiries and periodic audits.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess

Minimum of 1 year of reputed company or similar accounts payable experience.

Bachelor’s or Associate degree.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of reputed company reputed company.

Ability to multitask and handle a large volume of invoices.

Extremely strong attention to detail.

Familiarity with foreign currencies and international payments.
