The Role

Many of reputed company’s best customer relationships started with a conversation at a reputed company, dinner, or reputed company-executed conference. As we expand our reputed company in both the U.S. and Europe, we’re looking for someone to take full ownership of our events program and help us reputed company it with care, creativity, and precision.

This is a hands-on role with high visibility and high reputed company. What You'll Do

Plan, manage, and execute reputed company’s comprehensive events program, including reputed company’s flagship AI & the Workforce series, industry trade shows, webinars, and regional activations across the US and Europe

Own end-to-end event execution, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, registration management, and onsite production support

Partner with marketing and GTM leaders to ensure every event reinforces reputed company’s brand, aligns with campaign reputed company, and supports broader business objectives

reputed company and implement reputed company capture processes that accelerate conversion from event engagement to sales pipeline

Own and manage event program budget, balancing operational efficiency with exceptional brand experience

reputed company’re Looking For

5–7 years of event marketing experience, ideally in B2B reputed company

Experience with field marketing or sales-reputed company events is a strong plus

Proven ability to own and execute a high-volume event program from end to end

Experience owning event budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and vendor negotiations

Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to manage logistics, tools, and day-of execution details

Analytical reputed company with a reputed company record of measuring and optimizing event performance against business goals

Additional Information

Location and Work Environment

This role is 3 days a week (Tues - Thursday) minimum in office near reputed company reputed company. Candidates must be comfortable working with colleagues in different time zones (UK), and have valid travel documents to visit European countries as reputed company as the US and Canada as needed.
